FAQ

by placing an order you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

🤍 all sales are final. no returns, exchanges, cancellations are accepted. please let me know if there is an issue with your order by submitting to my contact page with your order number and I will do my best to help in whatever way I can.

🤍 if you need to add notes to your order or change something, please submit to my contact page with your order number.

🤍 if you want to add an item to an existing order but avoid paying shipping twice, please contact me through my contact page or via [email protected] for instructions on how to do so. multiple orders may not automatically be combined especially during shop updates or sales with a high volume to keep track of. 

🤍 if you realize your address is incorrect, please submit to my contact page with your order number for address changes ASAP. if you have alerady received a shipping notification and the wrong address was entered, i will not be able to offer a refund. if your order is returned to me by USPS, it can be re-shipped to an updated address for an additional fee.  

🤍 if there is an issue with your order upon receipt such as missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, etc, please let me know ASAP via my contact form with your order number and i will do my best to help. If the item is defective, then I will either resend you a new product or send a refund, depending on inventory availability. If you receive the wrong item, I will send you the correct product at no additional cost to you.

🤍 if you ordered an acrylic keychain or standee and it arrived with scratches on it, please make sure to remove the clear protective film. it may be hard to tell at first that it is the clear film and not the actual surface of the acrylic until you take the film off. all acrylic items are shipped with the film still attached to protect them during shipping.

🤍 orders typically ship once every 5-10 days. please be patient! this shop is run by one person and this is not all i do to pay my bills. if you place an order during a shop update, sale, or holiday period, due to the high volume of orders it can take 2-4 weeks for your order to ship as i am sometimes packing hundreds of orders by myself. after they have been shipped, orders within the US typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive, and international orders typically take between 2 weeks and 2 months. all orders come with tracking. 

🤍 please remember i am not in control of what happens to your package once it leaves my hands. i will always do my best to support with issues like delayed mail, damaged mail, delivery issues, but ultimately i don't have any control over these things as it is USPS handling the package at that point. all packages are shipped USPS first-class mail or ground advantage with tracking and insurance, unless otherwise discussed before the order.

🤍 if your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, ask your nieighbors or leasing office if the package was dropped at the wrong location. the package also may still be on its way to you even though it was marked delivered, but if you have not received it within a few days of it saying delivered a missing mail request can be initiated. you can also try contacting your local post office. while i can't give direct answers since the package is out of my hands at that point, feel free to reach out for help or advice in these situations on what to do to find your package.

🤍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: bigcartel does not provide me with any way to collect VAT. please be aware that if you are outside the US, you may be required to pay VAT or customs fees upon delivery to receive your package. if you place an order to any of the countries on this list i will not be able to send your package and your oder will have to be cancelled. you are welcome to have the package sent somewhere else and arrange on your own a way to obtain the package, but i unfortunately do not have a way of buying shipping labels directly to these locations.

🤍 i know international shipping cost is high. i charge as little as i possibly can given the cost of shipping labels for international orders. for small items like stickers or postcard prints in small batches, i can sometimes offer untracked lower cost shipping. i'm not always able to do this depending on the order, and even when i do i cannot offer any help for issues with ordes where the buyer has opted for no tracking and no insurance. you can reach out to me via my contact page for questions about what options may be available for lower shipping costs and i'm happy to provide alternatives when i can.
